I love to be outside or in the water, I absolutely hate winter. My favorite ‘activity’ is laying out in the sun with a good book and a cold drink. My daughter keeps me going all the time and we have a blast doing crafts together. My husband is always on the go and we try to keep up with him, whether it’s going on a bike ride, boat ride, or walking the dogs, we have a great time together!

I’ve been in Washington for just over 10 years now and I’ve happily joined a few groups. I’m on the Airport Commission for the Washington Municipal Airport, I’m a Chamber Ambassador, and am on the Washington Iowa Betterment Foundation Board. 

A couple of things you wouldn’t normally know about me, I’m an avid Atlanta Braves baseball fan (I was also born with a hole in my heart but it’s fine now lol)!

At KCTC I am a Business Relations & Marketing Coordinator; I love promoting all of the awesome services KCTC provides and helping businesses to best utilize those services to their greatest benefit.

Joining a co-op allows you to be part of an operation that you can trust to keep your money local and see familiar faces out in the community. Being part of KCTC is like joining a giant family, when one member benefits the rest do too!

I am very passionate about family & our community. It means the world to me that I’m part of a town full of people who are so caring & willing to help each other out. Raising my daughter here is great!

What makes KCTC a good place to work?  The staff and everyone here enjoys what they do and they’re always willing to lend a hand. It’s all very down-to-earth while accomplishing big things! Technology is evolving rapidly and is increasingly required in our everyday lives.
